Support Accounts
Support accounts are available for telephone, email and IM (Instant Messaging) support. Wherever possible, your enquiries will be dealt with by your personal contact. To access the support telephone numbers, email addresses and IM usernames, please see the support page in your control panel.
The support time available is dependent on your support account. You can increase or decrease the support time available at any time.
If you use more than your alloted support time in any one month, any further support requirements will be billed separately. You can 'carry forward' the equivalent of up to 3 months' support time. If your account gives you 2 hours of support time each month, you an carry forward up to 6 hours of support time, giving a maximum of 8 hours support time in any one month.
